In Savannah, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across Georgia on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

We ordered two pizzas and asked for extra sauce when we got home the pizzas did not have any sauce at all! We paid $40 for two pizzas and even gave a four dollar tip just because they asked for when you pay for we thought well we’ll be nice but it wasn’t even worth the money because it was so dry when I called back up there to explain that to them, they just said oh well, we’re very efficient and I said we asked for extra sauce and there wasn’t any on it at all and all he said was well we’ll make sure next time ha ha he didn’t try to make it right , so needless to say we won’t be doing business there anymore it was very disappointing

The owner is very kind and welcoming, and the pizza is delicious. Everything is made to order. Order ahead of time if you can, especially on their busy days. Check them out, they’ve got a lot of options!

Hit or miss, I guess they sometimes miss. My wife and I just got 2 large pizzas here and they were over cooked and super dry, like hurt my gums dry. Last time we got pizza is was really good but this time, if I wasn't super hungry I probably would have thrown it away. I did call to tell them to let them know thinking there might be a temp issue or something with the oven and I didn't get an apology or anything, just "ok I'll tell the owner" click. Guess it's back to ordering from your pie in sandfly.

Had to go back for a second tasting to make sure the pizza held up and it did! This and Mangia are 1A and 1B now over taking Mamas! Solid flavor, perfect crust and not greasy

Great little pizza place outside Savannah! The service was great, they’re really nice people. The restaurant itself is pretty small, so we took our order to go. The strombolli was SO delicious and 100% worth the short drive from downtown. The bread itself was delicious even on its own- pillowy and hot with a crisp outer crust. The sauce that came with it tasted homemade and had a slight kick- really hit the spot. Would definitely go back.
